Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
Welcome to Dhanik. By accessing or using dhanik.online ("Dhanik", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Dhanik is
Dhanik is a free mutual-fund research, screening and portfolio-tracking tool for Indian investors. It provides information such as NAVs, returns, fund details, rankings and calculators, sourced from public and third-party data providers.
2. Not investment advice
Dhanik is an information and tracking tool only — not investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Nothing on Dhanik is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any mutual fund or security. Rankings and "best funds" lists are generated from historical data for information only. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research or consult a qualified, SEBI-registered adviser before investing.
3. Accuracy of data
We work to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee it. NAVs, returns and fund details may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors from upstream sources. Always verify figures with the official fund house or AMFI before making any decision. Dhanik is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
4. Your account & data
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the holdings you enter. The watchlist and portfolio you build are for your own tracking. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
5. Acceptable use
- Use Dhanik for personal, non-commercial research only.
- Do not scrape, copy or redistribute our data or content at scale, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Third-party content & links
Dhanik relies on third-party data providers and may link to external sites (e.g. fund houses, AMFI, SEBI, news sources). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of third-party services. Ads may be served by third parties including Google AdSense, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhanik and its team are not liable for any loss or damage — including investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dhanik after changes means you accept the revised terms.
